Does he like me????....?

This guy i go to school with is sending me mix signals...like when he comes up to talk to me he always rubs my back or touches my arm when he leave to say good bye and he always makes sure to say hi to me...but lately since we been textin each other when we are at school he hasnt said hey like he always does...but when i texted him today i asked him if i talk to much just tell me and he said u could never talk to much so i was like we should kick it someday and he said hell ya...but i always have to say something first....so does he like me...and to scared to say something???...
