Saw no whales on a whale watch Can I get my money back?

First off if took like an hour to sail out to the whale area of the ocean. Then I stood there at the back if the boat, freezing, staring at the ocean. Then there was all this commotion at the front if the boat and the captain said whales were breeching (what?). So I rushed to the front if the boat but saw nothing when I got there. All the other people were smiling and bragging about seeing this and that. So I hung out at the front of the boat waiting to see the whales. Nothing. Then I heard hoopla at the back of the boat and people yelling "there's the tail" "amazing"... So (you got it) I rushed to the back of the boat but the whales were gone. So we sailed back to port. The ads said "guaranteed to see whales" so I went into the ticket office and asked for my money back. The idiots wouldn't do it! They said they had confirmation that our boat found whales. Whaaaaa???? They offered me a discount on another whale trip. I told them I wasn't going to waste more of my time and money on them. I still want a refund.
