Where was Katy's video for Last Friday Night filmed?

I wonder because it looks a lot like my town in NJ, with similar neighborhoods and houses and stuff. I mean, it can't be here, because I'd think there would've been a huge commotion that Katy Perry was filming here. But it looked so similar, I'm just curious.
